Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Support Executive to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation and delivery of our cloud telephony and VoIP services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing 24X7 technical support to clients, ensuring service reliability, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Customer provisioning on the corresponding platform as per the plan.
- Customer KYC verification and management.
- Customer billing management as per the plan.
- Services upgrade /downgrade configurations management.
- Customer payments follow up , order booking or related concerns management.
- Service monitoring and manage daily operational issues and escalations and to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support to clients, addressing technical issues related to services offered to them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Collaborate with NOC and Product teams to resolve complex technical issues or escalations.
- Document and mantain tickets of all support cases to ensure all client interactions and resolutions are recorded accurately.
- Provide training guidance and demos to clients on the effective use of our Telephony platform.
Skills Required :
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn, open to change and self-motivated.
- Ready to work in 24X7 environment.
- Good knowledge of MS office(excel,word & ppt).
- Open to travel on field or customer onsite visit for troubleshooting and product demos.
